Personal Information Name, phone number, and age (to verify volunteers).
Location Data Requested to connect volunteers with nearby help requests or events in Mumbai.
Media Photos uploaded by you in the 'Photo Gallery' or for task verification.
Usage Data Information on how you interact with the app tabs (Help, Events, Leaderboard).

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Verify your identity as a Sevak (Volunteer).
  • Maintain the City Heroes (Sevak Leaderboard) and award points.
  • Send notifications about upcoming events organized by the Yusuf Foundation.
  • Facilitate communication between people seeking help and our volunteers.

3 Data Sharing & Security

No Third-Party Selling

We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing companies.

Public Display

Only your Name and Points will be visible on the "City Heroes" leaderboard to motivate other volunteers. Your phone number remains private.

Foundation Oversight

Data is strictly managed by the authorized team of Yusuf Foundation under the direct guidance of Raju Mulla.

4 User Rights & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store policies, we provide you full control over your data:

Access to Data

You can view and manage your profile data at any time directly within the mobile app.

Account Deletion

You can easily request to delete your account and all associated data through the "Delete Account" button in app settings or by emailing us.

5 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Volunteers are responsible for the photos they upload. Yusuf Foundation reserves the right to review and remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, political, or violates the spirit of social service.
